SHIPPING          All orders are shipped within 72 hours of receipt of your order, unless an item is currently out of stock.   Should an item be out of stock, you will be contacted and asked if you would like to be placed on a wait list for that item.   The balance of your order will be shipped per our normal schedule.

All orders are shipped via U. S. Postal Service, which normally takes 3 to 7 days, depending on the location to which the item is being shipped.  While we do everything possible to speed the shipping process, International orders can be delayed by customs, so please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.   If you prefer you may select UPS Ground within the U.S., Canada and Mexico.  UPS 3 Day Select is available for International orders outside the U.S., Canada and Mexico, however shipping costs will be  higher for UPS . Also, certain items are shipped directly from the manufacturers in Israel and Italy, and those items will take slightly longer.  Direct Shippers will be indicated in the product description.

PAYMENT          We will accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and Pay Pal .  However our credit card processor will NOT accept cards from any country or bank which does not support instant address verification.  If your card is declined for this reason, we recommend that you open a Pay Pal account.  It costs nothing, and takes only a few minutes.  You can then shop anywhere, using Pay Pal.  When making payment via Pay Pal, please be certain to hit "continue" to return to this site and complete your order.

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
